Selfish?????

So Sunday is Father’s Day and I have a fun weekend planned with my son! But, I made the comment to my wife about working out on Father’s Day and she seemed a little annoyed. It would only be 30 to 45 minutes, but I am so driven to keep getting better that I don’t want to take a whole weekend off. Is this selfish??
