Week 4 no loss :(

The more we do it, the more it becomes a habit.
I want to thank Crazydog for all the nice comments on my page. It really picks me up when I am down. I am starting to write them on my journal pages.
This week I went off the boat on Saturday and Sunday. I was crazy I had pizza and ice cream. I did walk but I guess the extra calories really effect me more, especially the sugar..
I do not know why on Saturday I just could not get enough. I started the day out with pancakes. I think that was the problem. I had just 2T of honey, but it started the sugar craving and the rest was down hill. But on Monday I got back on track and no looking back.
It has been really hot and humid here. So now after walking I have been drinking Pedialyte just one cup with a glass of water. I am giving it to my dog tooo. He gets the no flavored one. Just 1/3 cup. Especially the days we walk 4.8 miles.
