It was a Downton Abbey fundraiser weekend, so I took a break here, since there are no ads on PBS except fundraiser ones. I have never watched the entire series, so I only missed two shows during the night, but will see the last ones this Saturday. I did do exercise while watching though..
We have no premium cable channels, but I do enjoy certain films and series.
I am going to cancel my cabin reservation this week, reluctantly... it is not worth the risk after all of the time spent in quarantine, to go north and get it up there. Most of the things we wanted to do this summer up there, are not going to be the same or even available, Connie has entered the scary dental hygiene workforce again, so I get goosebumps every time I think about this trip. Anxiety is not my goal or idea of a vacation. We will take short trips without being near anybody, but 2020 is not going to be the year of fun with our U.P. friends.

Bummer on postponing your vacation plans but I think it is wise of you to do so. There are many spikes here in FL and I am truly cautious about being around people but I have to run my business and I have to see people in order to keep my sanity. Physical health is very important, but our metal health is important also.

It is probably for the best, and there is always next year, and hopefully we will be back to a more normal life. Anyway that is my hope.

Yeah, I think it's best. My siblings and I put off a long-planned reunion amongst ourselves and our only two first cousins, even though we are all getting older (several in their 70's, one in 80's). I hope we will be able to reschedule before anyone dies! But we thought the long distance travel would put us ALL in danger of dying if we did not postpone it.

Let's hope next year is better!

Goodness---the current situation has caused many of us to take detours, and postpone vacations, etc. until later. Best wishes to Connie for returning to work safely, without problems.

**SIGH** Well, I think you made the right decision, for what that's worth. Difficult, but best choice.

My prayers for Connie going back to work. It really is scary!
