I am posting this blog to say i lost 2 pounds this week. Whatever im doing. Its working. My walks and weight watchers and portions and watching carbs. 2 pounds isn’t much but it’s something. I won’t give up. Keep you posted.

Ultimate Goal Weight:140
June 1 : 156
June 14: 153.4 (down 2.6 pounds)
