I saw a weight professional, FINALLY, the end of January, so that I can get help with my weight... I do 10-12miles 4 days a week due to work, of walking....and was barely losing a thing...
In late 2014 I got pregnant with my son.... and I had been working on losing my weight in 2014... my OLD HIGHEST WEIGHT was 272.... I got pregnant with my son when I was down to 245....
After he was born, I was 310 and it varied from 310-312... by the time I gave up to see the weight doctor, THAT DAY, the end of Jan 2020, I was 302lbs....
today I was 284.4lbs.

I am officially 12 lbs away from my OLD HIGHEST WEIGHT.... I went 40lbs above my old highest weight and this means since the END of jan, I've lost 28lbs.

Let's put this into perspective.... I have a sheet from August 2018 that shows my 312....and I didn't start rapidly losing until my weight doctor gave me an appetite and craving pill....

So happy!

Update: It appears I've walked 16hrs or 49miles so far this week.... so that's 2lbs worth of calories... and only lost 18lbs so far in almost 5 months (June 29th will have been 5 months)....but that's better than the 10lbs lost from 8/2019-01/2020..... Almost double.
