Sorta good day
Thursday, June 11, 2020
It was a rough morning because my sleep was disturbed and only about 4 hours. I just couldn't fall asleep. I'm trying to get a more scheduled routine set up. Life has been so off kilter since the end of June 2019. Been working through injuries from the 2nd car accident last year. The same areas that were injuried in 2018 twice. I had to quit going to the gym last year because my body couldn't handle any of my normal routine there.
This year I've reinjured my right shoulder, had yet another concussion and somehow yesterday I injuried a toe on my left foot. Looks bruised for sure. Could have happened at the grocery store yesterday when s little elderly lady couldn't keep the 6 feet spacing for social distancing and kept running into me. I'm thinking my foot may have caught on the wheel of the shopping cart and bruised that toe. I'm such a klutz I'm at the point unless it's something that really hurts bad, I don't notice it happening. I never said anything to the lady, her daughter was giving her enough hell about it. She was probably in her mid to late 80s and walked extremely slow down the aisles if you happened to meet her. I remember taking my late Aunt when she was in her 80s so I try to be patient. That will probably be me in 20 years, lol.
Anyway my walking is crazy. With my allergies to grass and things out in the fields, I have to be mindful of who is mowing or if they're spraying or otherwise using chemicals in the fields along my walking route. My biggest problem is if I'm feeling okay, I walk much further than planned. That backfires because by the time I get home, I'm dead to the whole and in pain. Either that or it gets dark. Due to my bad vision problems and the fact this neighborhood has very few street lights and they're along open fields. With some of the wildlife I've seen over the years. No thanks, I'll stay at home.
I used to do Leslie Sansone walking videos but with everything that is going on, I have no space to do them right now. Plus the routine has started bothering my knees and hips, both have severe arthritis and other problems. I will do random movements from her videos but not in a structured manner.
I'm home for now but sometime between the 17th and 24th my son and I will be headed back to Tennessee again. It depends on when an order gets here. They've given the 17th to 24th as the timeframe. Another order has gone astray. If not here, I can reorder or refund. Anything that I've ordered that comes by UPS surepost to the post office is screwed up. I hope the other orders get here tomorrow as stated. Its frustrating when you can't go to the store to get certain items and you can't order online because it's out of stock. I'll be glad to return to normal life someday.
Have a great night
