Getting back on track

Wow.. can’t believe how quickly the pounds can pack on! I have been avoiding the scale because I knew what I would see would not be good 😕. Well yesterday I finally did it and all I can say is ughhhhhh! I’m at my highest weight in probably 15 years!
Back to eating healthy nutritious foods...no more ice cream, chips or chocolate
No more messing around, it’s time to really get motivated and get back on track!
Day one workout is in. 30 super sweaty minutes of les mills combat, it felt great!
Had my morning superfood smoothie, now to tackle the rest of the day and stay focused on staying the course😊
