This picture of me was taken June 9, 2020.
From now to September 10, 2020, I want to lose 21.2 pounds.
I have increased my exercise from 30 to 35 minutes a day for the next 2 weeks.
I will drink 6 cups of water a day for the next two weeks
I will not go over my calorie range in the next two weeks.
I will only have a piece of sweets once a week for the next two weeks.
On June 24th, I will evaluate how this worked out and adjust goals accordingly for the following two weeks.
