6/9/2020 3 week on the weight loss trail.

It has been 19 days that I have been keeping my journal.
I have been off added sugar for 12 days.
I have loss 6lbs.
I have walked 225, 631 steps. That is 3 miles a day.

My legs are feeling better.
My back still hurts on some days but I ice it and use a heating pad.
I am happy that I am keeping my journal. I have tried to stay around 1200 calories a day more or less.
I have tired to keep the added sugar under 20g.
The weather is very hot while I walk. Usually between 80-90f and sunny. The humidity ranges from 100% to on a good day 80%. I wear sunscreen, hat. long sleeves. So I have started to drink pediolyte. Just 1 cup with lots of water. I drink lots of water.

I have learned to love flax seeds and humus. I have small individual humus that I just love to have for supper with cucumbers. The flax seeds I add to my egg whites for fiber. I know my diet is boring, but I like to eat the same thing every day. I guess I just get into a routine.

I finally got my blood results not from the doctor, but for the company that did the blood work. My A1c1 is 5.7 . If it is 6 then I need the diabetic test. This is the only thing that is high. The concerning thing is it went up .3 from last year. So yea I need to be sugar free and keep walking.
