Today is a beautiful day so far. We were anticipating very high temperatures, but it is still early in the morning.
I have many phone calls to make and lots of paperwork and bills to pay, so staying home today is okay.
Our county continues to have deaths and over 300 new cases of virus, so home is a very sweet home in my eyes. Going our and being near others at this point is like preparing for a vacation, getting to the airport, then turning around and going home:it makes no sense, and is wasted energy.

I am going to connect with my friends via phone today, glad to hear their voices.

I’m in Florida; need I say more? This at risk Floridian isn’t on board with even phase 1 reopening, and now we’re on phase 2? It’s home sweet healthy home for me too. I’m grateful for the creative ways we can connect, many of which I’d never used before all this. I did my online grocery shopping this morning, I have a virtual staff meeting later, and I had a distanced driveway visit with a new friend picking up masks I’ve made.

Our covid cases are going up too! They think it is because of the open economy here in Utah. The restaurants are open and so is the amusement park. My husband and I had a trip planned to Yellowstone but we cancelled it. Too many people going. We don't want to get the virus. No thanks! So we are staying home. I hope you are staying safe and wearing your mask when you go out. It won't protect you but it may protect someone else.
