Back Tracking

Work ran late, dinner ran late, etc. All kinds of excuses why I didn't track yesterday. That said, I know the plan! I didn't pig out even though everything tasted so divine. Rule: No seconds! I tracked everything this morning to catch up. I'm pleased that I stayed in range. Today is a new day. Back at it!!
