I found something I feel I can stick with. I'm doing a 12 hour window of intermittent fasting. I eat breakfast no earlier than 4a.m. and I eat nothing after 4p.m. (I work early mornings). I'm doing apple cider vinegar before I eat breakfast and before bed. I'm doing my two pound free weights every day and there's a definite show of biceps starting to show. I've slept better than last week. God answered my asked for prayers for rest and I m so thankful to Him. All things good in my life come from Him. It's something best remembered.❤️. I just finished my 2 mile walking workout with Leslie Sansone. I was able to do ALL the knee lifts this time! Yay! Good day. Thank You Jehovah Jireh our great God and provider. 🙏💞🌷❤️
