I discovered yesterday that I'm a stress eater! Last night was looking at my long to-do list and was getting overwhelmed because it was shut-down time and too much left to do. Suddenly, I was really hungry and found myself in the kitchen. I started a text chat with my sister about such, and that helped me at least make a smarter choice and stay in my calorie range.
I also like to munch while I'm working, it seems. I'm not feeling overwhelmed or overly stressed - I love my work! And yet, I'm feeling hungry. I'm keeping a drink nearby and if I'm still hungry after a few completed things, then I've got some smart low-cal snacks for munching (in the kitchen and NOT at my desk).
