Starting Over

Well, I let this happen. I slowly put the weight back on and didn't keep my exercise routine. Now I feel heavy, stiff, a bit depressed, and I am dealing with joint pain. I read my previous (happy) blog posts and feel a bit embarrassed. It's time to buckle down and make some changes that will get me back on track with energy and better health.
