S.M.A.R.T. goals June

Specific : Lose 55 pounds—25 kilos in total over time
Measurable: Lose 3kg this month. May was 2, June is 3. So to go from 82 (May goal met) to 79 (June goal in progress). I'll be happy to drop below 80 kg. It'll be like entering ONEderland I suppose!
Attainable: 30 minutes exercise 4x week, 2x 20 minutes strength training per week
Avoid the kitchen after dinner except for a tea. No late night snacking.
Earlier bed time.
Realistic: Be very aware of what I put into my mouth, nutritional value needs to be there. That's not to say I can't enjoy a biscuit, but one that is not full of useless ingredients, one that is made with fewer unpronounceable and more real things...
Timely: This one I'm going to change a bit and just say to take my time to do things right and to enjoy the learning part which takes time. Use my time wisely and the rest will follow.
