Exercise Still A Struggle - But Weight Loss is Being Maintained.

Well I fell off the wagon with the exercise. But I am still maintaining the weight loss. I am staying under 170.

NEW STRATEGY
I bought a Fitbit. With it I can work at being more active. I have found a new way to exercise. Using the Fitbit to monitor my steps and activity has helped. It lets me know 9 times a day to take 250 steps each hour. So, with it vibrates, I stand up and walk in place. I have also done more walking around the complex, so that helps.

MY GOAL
It is my goal to find the exercise that works for me. Because I still need to tone up. I don't know what that will be, but if I keep trying, I will get there.
