I don't know about anyone who is on here but I LOVE peanut butter cups. Or a certain kind of chocolate covered candy with peanut butter inside. I have been thinking about making something healthier that covers both. Peanut butter cup smoothie. Chocolate protein powder, peanut butter (2 tbsps) and milk. It is very tasty and helps with the craving. Plus it has plenty of protein in it. The first sip of the smoothie, I knew that I made the one thing that will help me with the craving and stay healthy. I was needing to boost my energy and this will help.
