. I Usually don’t watch tv that often but there’s a show on now Mel Robbins. 6 rules to an awesome life and How strong it is to find tiny small steps of what I can do today, we each can find momentum 1) it’s never too late to reinvent yourself, 2)Mood follows actions, 3)live with less, self esteem comes from esteem-able acts. - to do something good for someone else helps us feel better about ourself. 4)Reveal to heal as we hold on to so much we need to let go -2 minutes every morning journal -1) I will let go of 2)I am grateful for 3)I will focus on 5) silence the shame gremlin 1)can I do something about this 2) does this matter on my deathbed 3) is this a story I am telling myself 6) it’s ok to fail. We Learn, we grow, we put ourself out there to try new things, we become more comfortable with ourself.
