Kitchen Spring Cleaning - did the pots and pans.
Food. Slimfast breakfast. Daily nutrition tracking.
Sleep. Couldn't get to sleep till 1 AM. Tonight went to my bedroom earlier, more time to unwind before sleep. Shut off TV, limit the news!
Exercise. 5 days in a row do the videochat & YouTube exercise. I see it as a daily habit. After lunch we went geocaching and found 2 caches. That makes 3 now. I consider it my new hobby and will subscribe to Geocache so I can access more caches, when I have found all the free ones nearby. Then we took the dogs to ocean park, to the dog beach, and sunned for 20 minutes. Next we walked for 1 hr and 15 minutes along a stream, so many beautiful wild flowers.
NOOM - link something you like to do with something you don't like to do - link a reward to a duty. I am building my list and this motivational tool does work. I got my friends to do the video chat exercises with me. I will keep adding to the list.
Temptation Bundling = Something you want + Something you should do. Makes it a habit and fun.
Habit Bundling = Current Habit + New Habit. Couple an instantly gratifying want with a should behavior.
Eat = track it in Spark. 1) I keep my phone close by so I can dictate the food into the nutrition tracker. 2) Take a picture so I can track it later.
1) Walk the dog and listen to an audio book.
2) Watch TV and go to bed earlier.
3) Good weigh ins = Slimfast.
4) Daily videochat with my friends & youtube exercise at 11 AM.
5) Eat and track calories in Spark, since May 15.
