The kickstart motivation is seeing my chunky self on video - it was a test and not kept, thankfully! Eek. I did not look good. Not just that I was chunky, but my posture, and my face - I just didn't look well. I need to do something.

Rubbing things in: My husband has lost 30 pounds! My sister started a new diet from her doc and is losing weight. Also, I keep running into people pulling up their pants and talking about how they've lost weight. Some mention specific diets/efforts, but I suspect it is simply that folks are eating out less, but still...

I want to lose weight too!

Throughout this #stayhome stuff, I've managed to only gain 2 pounds. Not bad, but definitely not the direction I want to be going.

I restarted my SP goals. I redesigned my SparkPage. I updated my goals - 1 long term (goal weight 140) and 2 short term (exercise 3x/week and tracking streak 30 days), and I'm going to get this ship moving.

I am going to be losing weight very soon.
