Trying to get a new normal going

Saw my primary care doctor this morning. We talked about all I've been through since September and life now. I told him straight up my eating and walking haven't been consistent or good. He said considering the circumstances he understands and will work with me. He knows my track record so we shall see. My allergies, sinuses and arthritis and fibromyalgia are in a major flare. The shoulder pain comes and goes, I just have to be careful for awhile not to overdo it and make things worse. It's just bruised. Waiting on my meds to be filled. One med won't be available until tomorrow so I am hoping maybe tomorrow or Friday picking them up.
I have to buy a new garden hose. So I'll be going to get one later this week probably. Just depends on the rain situation. I'm going out to get some plants. Maybe basil, tomato and what else strike my fancy.
I have an avocado tree in a pot. It's about 18 inches tall. The leaves fell off but it has grown despite neglect. I'm going to have my son take it outside. I have another one started. It's still in a jar of water. Lots of roots and leaves. The saving grace for that it was a good size jar of water so my absences haven't been as bad on that. I need to plant it and set it out. Hopefully our hot and humid weather will agree with it.
I've got an inventory of my brother's stuff to type up and send to my lawyer. I'll get it done this week. I want to go back to his house sometime next month or July.
I still have doctor appointments to make but I'll do that this week or next. I need to see about neurologist and glaucoma doctor appointments. I'll have to call my therapist office and see what kind of bs they give me this time, so I can get in, hopefully. The last 4 appointments were canceled by them. I had to cancel the very last because I was in Florida. I have to see a therapist in order to see my psychiatrist and get my meds. Thankfully in February I explained the situation to my PCP and he's been refilling my one med. I don't need to see the retina specialist until the end of the year or if I'm having trouble seeing. I probably need to see my eye doctor and see if I need new glasses too. I'm trying to limit outside exposure due to Covid-19 or whatever its latest mutation is as much as possible as I'm high risk. Before my glaucoma doctor and retina specialist were only seeing a limited number of emergency appointments a day. My eye doctor was seeing emergencies only. I don't know about the rest.
I really need to get some fresh vegetables to eat. Maybe check to see if the local farmers markets are open and if they have anything of interest.
Hopefully this weather will straighten up and be a little drier. Lol, who am I kidding it's saunaville in Kentucky summer weather. Rainy as all get out. So tired of rain.
Hope you all have a good week. Take care. Sending you all love and hugs and prayers
