Goals & Gratitude 5/25/20

Things are going well around here, though it's awfully quiet and there's little to report. My county is slowly reopening. The malls and dine in restaurants reopened this weekend, though I am not going to either. I have been eaten out only once this month, and not only have I saved a ton of money, but I have not gained any extra weight! We do not have to officially social distance or wear masks anymore in my county though I am still doing both those things as well. I have enough food to get me through the week, so I have no need to go anywhere probably until about Friday when I will need to get some fruit and veggies.
Work is also very quiet. Most people have had their personal taxes done by now, but we will start doing more corporate taxes starting next month and continuing all summer, so that will keep me busy. Right now, I am busy contacting clients to remind them to sign their taxes and pay their invoices, answering emails from clients about various things, and doing the bookkeeping for the five companies I am in charge of. Once I am finished with my payroll class in June, I will ask for some payroll tasks as well, so I will stay plenty busy. My boss said that my office is supposed to reopen July 1st. It will have to be cleaned and sterilized first, and all the equipment that all of us had at our homes will have to be cleaned and sterilized. I will hear more over the next 5 weeks about how it will all happen. I will move from working 4 hours a day, 5 days a week to working 7 hours a day, 3 days a week as I will have to commute in. The main thing I haven't missed is commuting. I have my trusty audio books, and getting there in the morning isn't too bad (about 45 min. to 1 hour) but coming home is awful (1.5-2 hours).
Class is almost done for the semester. We are in week 6 now out of 8 weeks total. I have an 80% so far on this week's homework and I am waiting to hear back from my professor on my questions on the last two problems I am working on. I have been able to do parts of them but not to finish them so far. We are doing unemployment taxes this week and I have found the whole thing to be very overly complicated and confusing.
The No "S" Diet is going well. I am maintaining at about 189 lbs. I lost a little more of that last week, but regained it over the weekend. Will have to see if I can relose it this week and actually keep it off next weekend. I had far too many snacks on Saturday, though I stayed in my calorie range yesterday and should do fine today. But I am not gaining which is the main thing. I am staying within my calorie range pretty easily Monday through Friday, and then trying not to go too crazy on the weekends. Still trying to figure out how much I can get away with snacking or desserts without gaining it all back. Will just take time to figure that out.
Today I'm Grateful For...
1) That I slept so well last night (11 hours!).
2) That Cookie has thrown up only once in the last week.
3) That I had today off and got to sleep in today.
