Good Work Out

Monday, May 25, 2020

I did Denise Austin low impact cardio aerobics workout with toning. It was challenging being this big but I did the whole twenty minutes. I'm having such bad hot flashes now and my moods are all over the place. This morning I just sat down and bawled my eyes out. I did have fun with my friend Lisa though. This weekend we went uptown to Hobby Lobby. I made two necklaces. One is new and the other I restrung with a new design of beads. I got my cat neutered but he's still awful and difficult. I'm thinking about just rehoming him. It's just not fair to him because we haven't bonded after a year and I just don't see it happening. That makes me very, very sad. That's all.😰

This piece is beautiful. I am a old cat lady. Sometimes, they can feel our sadness and challenges. I am glad you and your friend had fun. If you have youtube or Amazon prime, try looking up Paul Eugene. He is my favorite low impact workout. The background can look a little cheesy but, he's energetic and the moves are fun and not to crazy. It feels like dancing.

I am going to be sending you and kitty all the best vibes in the world!!!!!

You have achieved much by being willing to do the Denise Austin aerobics and doing it all twenty minutes. I am very proud of you for not just sitting and feeling sorry for you. You have made pretty jewelry to wear and enjoy. Please keep finding reasons to move life is worth it. Sorry you and your cat have not bonded, but what love to release him and let him go to a new home. You are a real dear and I have thoughts of kindness toward you. Please continue finding reasons to make life better.
