What Encourages Me

The scale is really not showing much weight loss, but what encourages me is how I feel.
1. I don't feel as bloated and lumbersome.
2. My belly doesn't bulge as much.
3. My blood pressure is perfect.
4. My blood sugar tested great.
All in all, I guess I should ignore the scale and just stick with the program i.e. the diet I have been following. In time the scale will follow suit.
