Last few days of Spring Challenge

I did it. I met my second 5% challenge this year. Since October 1 2019 I am down 50.2 pounds. I have also left obese and overweight behind on the bmi scale. I am feeling fitter, stronger but also a bit self concious. It has been several months since I have seen friends and family due to the virus and although excited to introduce the new me it also adds stress. The stress of not regaining. A stress that is present in a lot of us when we approach a goal weight.
My plan is to start reading about maintaining. I am not there yet weight wise but when I get there I want to do it with the best knowledge and plan that I can
