New beginnings and baby steps

So I am starting all over. I have reset my trackers, goals and redid my spark page. I had big plans for using the lockdown to focus on me, but as usually I let my life take over and made excuse after excuse not to be consistent. I am going back to what I did when I first started Spark 10 years ago. I am going to take baby steps and rebuild my routines. Since I typically exercise more than 10 minutes a day I have upped my exercise goals to 20 minutes a day minimum , but the rest will be small.

Goals for the week of May 24th:
By May 30th, I will track all food and drink (not focused on calories just tracking)
By May 30th I will have exercised 120 minutes for the week - cardio and Strength training
By May 30th I will have take an hour a day to disconnect from electronics and focus on me

I am hoping by posting these here I will be more accountable to myself. I also have them posted in my planner and next to my alarm clock.

    Yes, sometimes we just have to take a deep breath and start over. I've been considering dropping a few of my trackers. I do not accept it as defeat but as an acknowledgement that it is not necessary to have so many goals. With a birthday just around the corner, I am realizing that neither I or my body is that same as it was 20 (or even 5!) years ago. I must sometimes be gentler with myself. I must accept changes in metabolism and adjust my eating accordingly. I must focus on health more than simply activity and fitness. I must find focus.
