I am trying to create goals for myself because I have noticed that lately I lack motivation, energy, and just all around don't feel well. So, I am challenging myself to eat better, drink more water and lose weight. I have started both the H2WHOAH challenge and the New member challenge. I have also tracked all of today's meals and water, but I am not tracking fitness yet. One thing at a time.... I will be posting progress updates to my blogs to help me keep track of how I feel along the way.
