100 Days | Phase 2 - Day 20 – Long Day

I’m afraid today was not a “successful” day for me in terms of fitness. I didn’t really get that kind of exercise today although I did do my stretches and some strength training.
It was a busy day working on near-future business-related tasks and at the same time dealing with pouring rain all day. The only saving grace was that I ate very healthy. I was so busy today I didn’t eat normally or at normal times… so it’s entirely possible I didn’t even eat enough today. I am too tired at this moment to worry about it. I am going to get ready and go to bed.
Tomorrow is another day, as they say. I wish everyone a wonderful weekend!
1. Ate healthy.
2. Did stretches and some strength training.
