🌧️. Slept in. 💯 Squats, Wii sports, 34 step ups, walking on the spot and a walk. 5,000+ steps. Today was a slow day with sleeping 💤 in and the rain. Some muscles were still sore today. Calories were bad again today. 12 cups water. Can't wait to get back to my usual workout routine.
