Its My Birthday

Wednesday, May 20, 2020

Its my birthday today. I got a walk in earlier and went an extra 10 mins since the baby was ok with it. I am in a different place then I was last year that is for sure. I have a soon to be 7 week old daughter and we are in a pandemic. I am not far from the weight I was last year actually two pounds less! Whoo hoo! Trust me getting pregnant and the weight that was climbing back on I did not think I would be anywhere near where I am currently. So super excited to see that its less than last year! Yesterday I tracked all my food. I definitely need to increase my water intake and I need to get some more fruits and veggies in but I stayed within my calories (actually I was a little under) and I didn't wake up starving today or anything so yay for that. Today I will probably go over because I don't know if the hubby has any surprises coming my way (I love chocolate). My brother came over to visit today he is a different person then he was last year (and we are thankful he is still here with us because it could have easily gone the other way) my family is stopping over during the weekend to celebrate my birthday and memorial day so looks like this will be a good one.

My current goal is to figure out a way to eat better since money is low and getting out of the house is near impossible since my hubby works and I am not bringing this tiny baby to any stores. He also hates shopping and forgets to look at the lists I give him when he does shop.
