Defragment Urself -- Take a Worry Break when you need.

Catch a clue with a helpful tip for students, clear the decks by taking a "worry break".
Stop. Take 5 to fully ponder all that is on your plate and then some. Don't cheat yourself.
Act. Take brief notes if needs be. If something must be dealt with, deal with it now.
Pack. Store that baggage to reopen later.
Do. Get back to the task at hand knowing you are able to do so with a clear conscience.

Just thought I'd pass this along. I gleaned it from elsewhere and compiled this from my notes.
I intentionally did not try to make an anagram but if folks need one here we go: Sap'd. When you are sapped due to mental clutter, get SAP'd. Stop. Act. Pack. Do.

I'm throwing that in there just because the trend popularized 5 decades ago in our culture is still pervasive like kudzu.
