Fixing the work to life balance that keeps imploding the plan of action.

Over 40 days in row of tracking food finds me still searching for consistency. No change of weight, no progress to goal weight the past 40 days or past two dozen months. Significant progress in physical fitness, joint health is a huge plus. Its become apparent I am lacking accountability from outside sources I should be relying on more like this blog. Its blogging more here and starting back up with my text support friends. Instead of intentions it will be declarations short term daily ones and sometimes long term declarations like the one I will declare tomorrow. Have it ready to send to my text support friends in morning but will share here first. With everything else on track, this is perhaps the biggest obstacle standing in my way.

Today's declarations(TD) are track under 3200 intake accurately. Three cups water in morning before before eating. Use water interval timer to get over 15 cups water.

My long term declaration starting today is a big one! Probably my most important one I will make. Fix the work to life balance that keeps imploding the plan of action that will work to reach end goal. This will be a hard adjustment for me and challenging because I am always caught up on being as productive as I possibly can when the going is good. Specifically in terms of income generated, working more at sacrifice of plan of action.

A plan of action has is being formed for perhaps my most important declaration I will make and has to be in place basically indefinitely to reach goal weight and maintenance forever after. All things considered, thinking of it from a different perspective. The saying "Our health is our greatest wealth" apply's very much to both quality of life as it does apply to my accumulative wealth and financial security. A different attitude, huge mental adjustment and common sense changes the dynamics upside down. Suddenly things like morning plan, tracking food, meal planning and end of day recap provides significantly more value impact in terms of dollars, financial security, accumulative wealth than working more ever will.

That's the added benefit and impact besides the longer higher quality of life that can be realized by putting this declaration into action. For future reference will refer this as the FTWTLB declaration. (Fix the work to life balance declaration) FTWTLB declaration needs to be in place indefinitely every day moving forward.     I think your declarations are great! It's not easy sometimes to keep things balanced, but w/your declarations, a plan can be made and followed (and changed as needed).

    Great Blog Friend!! I love the idea of setting Declarations emoticon I have lost my balance since this whole pandemic, sadly Im feeling comfortable blaming this pandemic to my unhealthy choices, and poor habits.. I need to start making my own clear and precise Declarations ASAP!!! Thanks for sharing this!! will give me something to look over as I plot out this weeks goals.. Cheers Friend~ emoticon
