Week One is a Wrap!

Well let’s say week one on this journey is done. This first part of the week was so miserable since my main goal was to kick my Dr.Pepper addiction to the curb. I really think warning labels need to be put on these drinks. They are addictive! The first three days between headaches and wanting to die prove my point. Wow! That being said I did my best to eat healthy and drink water 💦. By the end of the week I was feeling much better!
I will say I tried a few new recipes out on my family for the most part were received well. Finally got some exercise in today and the whole family participated, which is huge!
Week one is done. My scale shows 10 lbs down! 🙌🏻 Lol, I’m buying a new one tomorrow! I have trust issues!
