In order to reach my goal, to be and stay healthier, I have to stay focused every day. When I reach a goal I must not quit there for this is an on going process. I'm not looking for happiness for one day. I want lasting happiness.
The thing I'm looking for is balance. I have to find balance in the things I eat and the exercise I can do each day to burn more calories than the total calories I consume each day.
