The Last 15!

My day started with some good stretching early this morning and throughout the day I was able to stay busy racking up those 10, 15, and some 30 minute active exercise minutes.
My DH had some low limbs that were in his way when cutting the grass so, we tackled those early this morning. He cut the limbs and it was my job to carry them from the yard to a location into the woods behind our house.
Later in the day got some more
done but the last 15 minutes were my favorite because they were spent jogging to my favorite 60's mix of Rock N Roll music.
