Juice Fasting, Day 14

With all the craziness going on now it seems my weight loss coach forgot about me. My new plan is juice fasting once again but this time I'm going until I reach my goal weight.

So far I'm enjoying this. In the two weeks I've been doing this my weight has already dropped 21.7 pounds. I have a lot more energy, my cravings have been coming in a lot but they're much easier for me to resist when I know I'm on a strict fast. Most cravings are starting to change entirely. Like I came to realize that it's been forever since I've had a banana. Or mangoes. And I can't wait to have butternut squash again.

I'll probably be doing this for about two month or more, depending on how long it takes and while it's going on I'm going to start developing a plan for keeping the weight off and transitioning out of the fast. I'll try to keep posting updates periodically on my progress
