Good Morning friends! I am not a big blog person but felt the need to express how I feel. I have lost a little weight ( 4 pounds) since I started almost 3 weeks ago. Which for my age of 52 is pretty good. I walked into this with hope to lose my 50 pounds in a year. Don't get me wrong, I still do. BUT, In the 3 weeks I have been moving more and eating less (On most days) I have felt amazing! My energy has soared. I have been less stressed and not as depressed. I fight social anxiety but I am so confident that I will beat that by changing my life style. WOW, just WOW! Have a WONDERFUL weekend!
