I don't think I met my exercise commitment for the week

I haven't actually gone back and added it all up, but there were a few days that I only got in 10-12 minutes, and I'm not sure I did enough extra the rest of the week to make up for it.

If it didn't, this will be the first week since the 5% Spring Challenge started that I didn't do it. I hate the thought of letting the team down, but even more, I hate the thought of not getting in my exercise because I know how important it is to my health. I didn't even commit to all that much - 30 minutes a day - and if I couldn't get that much in then my priorities are definitely not straight.

I was busy, and it was hot (90s), but that's no excuse!

For the coming week, I need to get in a few minutes at lunch and again after work, to make sure I meet my commitment even if I have another busy week.

    the team is supposed to be there to support YOU...
    in your quest to meet YOUR goals...
    the only time you let the team down ...
    would be if you did not cheer on another team member..
    the goal of the team...
    is to support its members in reaching their goals.
