OOPS, You missed my most amazing blog ever!!

Ever hit the wrong button and erase the world's best blog? Yeah, me neither. I erased a blog but nothing close to world's best, probably like the best one the universe has ever read! Sorry, you missed it.
So, for tonight, I will just say I am getting my thoughts and plans in order to make sure this is a very successful journey I am on! I have great friends, and a wonderful coach, Coach Beth. I have all them on board, so I need to be as well. I am the only one who can decide what I am actually going to eat, by what comes in to my house. How much I am actually going to move. So, getting my head on straight is so vital for this successful journey.
Again, sorry you missed that amazing blog from earlier.

    Don't feel bad. I'm in my early 60s and struggled w/a weight problem most of my adult life and only now things are coming together. Why now? Because I failed to realize two things. Number one... that it takes consistent practice, time and patience to build new and healthy habits. Without consistency, I eventually fell back to my old habits. And number two... no matter how much I think "I got this"... oftentimes it just take one teeny tiny slip up to mess it all up. So realizing that certain foods had a tendency to trigger a binge that lasted for months.. it was best to avoid those foods for good if I ever want to reach my goal AND stay there. Just like an alcoholic we're addicted to foods that invalidate all our best intentions. Best wishes my friend.
