Today 2BDYNAMIC posted a challenge for the Small Goals Commitment Challenge Team. The challenge is to do 10 minute of fitness or more each day and post the results (the exercise plus time exercised) in the last forum on our Team Page under New Lessons: Streaks -10 minutes fitness or more.
It only took me a second to decide I wanted to join this challenge. I started with a video on youtube.com walking with Leslie Sansone. My next exercise was 30 minutes on my True recumbent bike. Later in the day I took a long walk. End of day I had 12,317 steps and a total of 90 minutes of exercise.
My plan is to keep the Spark going!
