back to baby steps and enjoying family time

So, I just wrote a whole blog about what's been going on and right when I was going to hit submit, my chrome crashed and everything got deleted. GRRRR!! So, I'm rewriting it again.
To sum things up, things are going great! I finally had a loss on the scale on Friday of 2.2 lbs down! YES!!

I'm thinking of going back to weighing in and logging everything through my blogs. Blogging every number, even the bad ones, was when I've been the most successful. but at the same time, writing down and facing a gain can be discouraging as well...but it's necessary to move forward...at least for me.

I haven't been able to blog as much because I've been so busy. Even with the stay at home order! I usually am already busy with all the cooking, cleaning, and being in charge of our side incomes. But now, with the kids home, I am their teacher at home school. Plus, I do all of the shopping for all of the family.

But, there is a silver lining. I have been spending more quality time with the kids. We have been going out in our big backyard with the music on and running laps, doing water playtime, watching movies, playing games, and more! It's been fun! My son told me he prefers things this way and doesn't want to go back to school when it reopens haha.

And on that positive note, gonna end it here. I'm going to try to dedicate some time every other day to blogging as it really helps me sort things out as far as losing weight.

Here are some pictures from my morning runs. It has been so pretty outside and I just can't resist getting out there! Still wear my mask every time. I've gotten used to it and just feels normal.
