One Month In ... how far I have travelled

Happily, I woke up this morning to an exciting milestone: I am one month into my refreshed life journey.
Usually, I think I bang on about weight, but I want to give a nod to some of the changes I have made that feel like "right steps".
Eating habits: adding more fruits and veg at EVERY MEAL, keeping calories in check, getting more protien, and cleaning up my snack act (needed it...boy was this an area that needed to be dusted off!!!)
Movement: starting running again-now that the weather is less crap, adds g some strength training into my rota, and making an effort to stream with #of steps.
I review my goals daily, my "why" list daily, and try to "SMART" my goals as much as I can.
It is nice to have all this extra time to get these habits under my belt. The return to work is imminent.
