Act Responsibly
Thursday, April 30, 2020
In California, they OPENED some beaches.
People flocked to the beaches, CROWDED each other, didn't follow the clearly stated rules to stay 6 feet from non-household members.
The beaches and all state parks will CLOSE AGAIN May 1.
To restate it simpler:
Things opened
People crowded
Things closed
The path to getting back out of this sooner than later is in your hands. When things re-open, you should seriously consider observing the rules.
For this issue, it is irrelevant if you believe COVID is a lie, or that God will save you, or that you've already had it, or that you can survive it if you get it, or that you don't care whether you get it, or that you want to get it "to get it over with," or that you don't want it, that you don't want to leave your home even if things open, but may have to go to a doctor for a suspicious bump...it really doesn't matter what your beliefs are about COVID-19 (or Sars2 or whatever you wish to call it).
What does matter:
During this time of so much we can't do, know that this is one thing you CAN do. Promise yourself you will act responsibly when given the opportunity. And if you do, you know you won't be hurting the economy, the country, and yourself.
Summary:
If things open
Act responsibly
Things remain open
