BLC 43 SMART Goals

Here are my SMART goals for this round of the BLC:

I fell out of maintenance previously and am close to where I want to be. My maintenance range was 127-140 pounds. My goal is to lose 4-6 pounds and get back into the lower portion of my range by the end of BLC43. Measurement will occur each Wednesday during weigh in of BLC43. I will do this by sticking to the goals I set of at least 20 minutes of fitness a day, stay in my calorie range at least 5 times a week, and drinking 48-64 oz of water a day.

I am tracking all of this on Sparks and will refer to this blog to keep me accountable as well as my Ninja and Spark friends.
