Jogging Day 2

I made a goal that by the end of April I wanted to be jogging 1 mile. Yesterday I completed that goal. I was so proud of myself for meeting the goal. I don't know if I have ever completed a mile without walking. Not even in high school.
Today marks day two. I am so grateful that my body is able to move and complete this task. I am grateful that my lungs work better than they did a month ago. I am grateful for the weight I have lost since December to make it so that I could complete this task.
My goal for the end of May is to be able to jog two miles. I am slowly going to work on this over the next month. I know I should incorporate some weight lifting to start strengthening my muscles. We will see what the month brings.
