Good Morning, I have been on Spark for 4 days. ( 3 1/2 to be specific). I suffer from insomnia and even the medicine doesn't work. For the last 2 days, I have slept a solid 9 hours with just a few times waking. I am so hopeful with my new lifestyle change that I will continue to sleep. I didn't even know what that word meant. I have exercised and watched my bad habits and WOW! What a difference. I am not as tired during the day. I am so thankful. If I feel this good with being on here for a few days, I can't wait to see how I feel in a week. I hope everyone has a Blessed day. And feel free to get a hold of me if you need support.
