I'm back and ready to get to work

If I don't make it this time it could be my last chance. I don't mean to sound so down but I just found out today I have an enlarged liver.....Fatty liver disease. I get to add that to my list of
ailments.
I have type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, neuropathy, gerd, dupuytren's contracture, with trigger finger, hydradenitis suppurativa, bipolar 1, bad knees, high blood pressure, and along with the fatty liver disease my gallbladder is acting up and I might have to have that taken out.
How can one body go through all of this and still be alive?
I really need to turn my life around and start taking care of me...so I could use someone to answer to or share my progress / failures and someone to verbally kick my butt if necessary lol
