I got a bullet journal! I’m not using it in the way it’s probably intended to be used, but I liked that there aren’t lines, but there’s some sort of guide so it’s not just a blank page.
This week, I am writing three goals for this week, and three things I am grateful for.
My goals are relatively easy: 30 minutes of movement, sticking to my meal plan, and putting on makeup (maybe even actually styling my hair!). Goals that quite honestly, feel so small. But I know if I don’t start small I will feel overwhelmed. And next week, I will add a new goal. These goals will align with a larger list of what I want my life to look like, and the person I want to be.
