I got a bullet journal! I’m not using it in the way it’s probably intended to be used, but I liked that there aren’t lines, but there’s some sort of guide so it’s not just a blank page. This week, I am writing three goals for this week, and three things I am grateful for. My goals are relatively easy: 30 minutes of movement, sticking to my meal plan, and putting on makeup (maybe even actually styling my hair!). Goals that quite honestly, feel so small. But I know if I don’t start small I will feel overwhelmed. And next week, I will add a new goal. These goals will align with a larger list of what I want my life to look like, and the person I want to be. Do you bullet journal? Leave me some info below in the comments!

    GREAT! I keep a journal and my goal, following Julia Cameron's "The Artist's Way," is three pages of long-hand a day. I rarely take that much time, but it's a goal!

    I do, daily. I've been doing it for the last 2 years now. My goals are: to sleep at least 7 hours/night; to exercise at least 30 min/day and to meditate at least once/day. Recently I added another goal: to eat only twice a day. It's not easy but I'll get used to it in time. I just need consistency, that's all. You'are doing great! emoticon
