Yesterday I signed up for BLC 43 here on sparkpeople. That was crazy. I participated in BLC challenges for a couple of years.... 10 years ago!!! I was a team co-captain and captain at points and it was a key factor in me losing weight down to 180 back then. Since then I regained it all and then some and then relost it. I am at 185 (ish) at the moment thanks to keto but I have been slowly gaining as I was down to a record low of 175 a year ago. Now is the time to change that, so I signed back onto Sparkpeople and then searched and found BLC! Total mind blown.
Started tracking my food... hoping that this is a new day and a new time. My hubby has started keto - day 3 for him. (3 years for me.) This means I am being more deliberate in my eating anyway.
I am hoping that being keto works ok with BLC... and I definitely need the accountability for working out with my gym closed.
I am so so blessed to be back and to be starting near my old weight from 10 years ago. It only gets better from here.
