Scary time but still working out

Yes, the fitness centers are closed but I have some workout equipment at home such as TRX, kettlebells, and resistance bands. Plus, and weather permitting, my walking and/or running.
Also, instead of getting "junk food", my husband and I have been getting fresh fruits and veggies and the occasional treat for dessert (but not TOO much as I'm home on my days off and don't want the temptation).
Anyway, I hope all's well with you. We're taking one day at a time. Stay safe and we will do the same
